Excel 97 and opening of shared workbook = GFP

I have designed a workbook that contains only 14
worksheets that has the shared feature on. On other
machines that have Excel 2000, it works fine. But on the
machines with Excel 97 (all of them have the SR-2 update)
this file seems to crash upon opening. Any solution?
