Excel background picture

How can I put in a background picture in Excel that is limited to the print
area, or the area that I am using, instead of the entire worksheet?

What version of Excel? If it is XP or 2003 you can put a picture in the
Header / Footer then format as washout so it looks like a watermark.

nice, is possible that the image in the header or footer is also showed
when not printing. For instance when changing the particular sheet?
