Excel can not read tables in Microsoft Access 2000

I have an MsAccess 2000 database with 3 tables.

When I use MsExcel > Data > Get External Data > New Database Query >
MsAccess Database > Ok

The [ + ] changes to a [ - ] and I can see all the fields in two of
the tables
The table that is causing me a problem does change from [ + ] to [ - ]
but NONE of the field are visible.

Can I receive a suggestion on how to obtain the data from the problem
table?
