Hello,

I used to paste my Excel Chart as picture to put them in presentation. I
work with XP but some of my clients have 97.
Once the presentation is opened in 97, some chart have their colors that
move to the right, outside their borders.

Could anyone help me on this?
Thanks

How did you paste them as a picture? In PPT use Edit/Paste Special? If
so which format are you using?

Or did you copy them as a picture in Excel using Shift + Edit/Copy
Picture?

I responded to this question the other day in the PPT group, I think it was.

I have seen this happen before, especially with gradient fills. As far as I
know, there's not a fix for it. Sometimes reapplying the fill will make it
look better, at least temporarily.

Sorry that's not the answer you want to hear.

Oh, one workaround I'd forgotten -- you can ungroup the charts. That will
fix the problem with the fill overlapping the border. If you're using a
gradient fill, you'll want to remove the gradient before ungrouping, then
reapply the gradient to the individual data fills as necessary.
