Hi,
If, for instance, I have two documents named: Philadlphia, PA.xls. How can I view them at the same time? Excel always prevents me from opening to spreadhsheets with the same file extension.

As the dialog that pops up says:

"either close the document that's currently open, or rename
one of the documents."

So to see both, you'll need to rename one.

Since XL doesn't *need* the extension, you could delete the extension on
one file, or change it to something else.
