Frustrated Power Point User
Hi -
I have a monthly report where the numbers are Power Point slides are linked
over to excel. Some of these numbers are percentages which show to 1 decimal
place in excel. However when the data comes over to PP - the default is 2
decimal places. If I change the format in excel - it only gets overwritten
when I update the links in excel again.
Is there a quicker way than going into each chart and reformatting the
numbers each month? I was thinking a macro or a function in excel to fool PP?
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks!
Mary
