Excel Macro Problem

I have an excel file taht cannot be open on a computer
with WinXp Os and Excel 97 SR2 while enable its macro.
However, I can open this file on other computers with the
same OS and Excel ver. Also I have reported this problem
to Microsoft. Where could I check the reply of Microsoft?
Please tell me why this problem occur. Thanks.

asking in a group that deals with Excel queries.

Also I have reported this problem

How did you report the problem to Microsoft? Using the "Send Error Report"
functionality?

Where could I check the reply of Microsoft?
