Ok, I have office 2003 and what is happening is that every coworker that
sends me spreadsheets in color I can print just fine. My printer is
currently a Lanier L116C. It is setup as Print in color for all documents.
But I get a spreadsheet from one person and this person only my printer
defaults to black and white and I have to go and manually go and change it
everytime. Now this wouldn't be a bad thing, but I get about 10-20
spreadsheets a day and its just a hassle to change everytime. Now I can take
this spreadsheet and send it to someone else and when they get it and try to
print it in color works just fine, does not have to change anything. The
since it is a network printer that person printed from there desk to my
printer and printed in color fine as well. Anyone have any ideas on why this
is doing it?
