Hello. We have a user who has MS Office 2000 with Service Pack 3. When he
opens the open box he can select any file on there, he can change the file
type and can click in the filename box. However, if he tries to clcik any of
the buttons at the top next to the look in box (i.e. back, up one level etc)
or any of the icons on the left (i.e. show desktop, My docs etc.) nothing
happens. They don't appear as icons. Any ideas?
