When attempting to to open files to display in the dropdown of the open
window, we have in the past two weeks gotten message "Initializing root files
to display".
it sometimes then notes excell or word as un responsive and unable to open
and at times closes both.
Would like to not have this happen as it causes some loss of data.
What can be done?
