Exchange 5.5 and Outlook 2003

After installing Outlook 2003 on my workstation my outlook
2000 on my notebook crashes. We use Exchange 5.5. There is
suppose to be a fix for this and you are to contact
microsoft. Doesn't anyone have this fix posted somewhere.
Contacting them for this has been a nightmare.
