Hi my O/S is Wins98se I also use a dial up connection.
I've used Office 2000 for a couple of years but now I
can't get Outlook to open. I uninstalled Office and
reinstalled it and Out still won't open and I get the same
message "network problems are preventing connection ti the
Microsoft Exchange Server
