Execution Speed and "Not Responding" issue

What are some things to do to get VBA code to run faster and to complete. I
keep getting a "Not Responding" in the header bar and I have to exit the
file and re-enter in order to continue working on the file. Thanking you in

It completely depends on what you are trying to do.
If you post the code then we can see what can be done to optimize it. If you
don't, there is not much to say.
