When i turn on my computer SHPRRPRT.DLL (explorer has caused a problem
will close now) shows up . It also does this when I try to click on my
desktop icons and then it will not show me those files. Please explain why I
am new to computers.

This spyware BHO (smrtshpr.dll) is related to SmartShopper

You should get yourself some anti-malware software such as AdAware...
