Export database with DAO code

Hello!

How can I export all the objects from an Access database with DAO code.
I need it in order to transfer the ownership of all the objects from a
database to a specific user. Can I export all the objects wiht DAO code?

And if I the answer to export question is no, can I transfer the
onwership of all the objects to a specific user with DAO code and not with
manual export of the database?
