This issue has been addressed many times in this newsgroup. With a
direct copy or export the Notes field is truncated at 255 characters or
the first line feed, whichever occurs first. The easiest way to work
around this is either with a query to the Project database directly or
with a VBA macro. I have a couple of VBA macros that do just that,
export Project's Notes field to Excel. If you are interested, you may
