Exported PDF form to Word using Adobe Pro 8. Can mail merge to fo

I have a PDF form which I would like to be able to mail merge. I just
installed Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional. I can export the PDF to a Word file.
When I use the mail merge wizard, I cannot open the data base that I want to
use. Is there something else I need to do?

I'm not sure that the fact that you have converted your form from PDF is
relevant (if that is what you have done). What type of data source are
you trying to connect to? What is going wrong? Which version of Word?
