exporting and importing projects

Hello,

I've got the following problem. When I export a Project Plan file (csv or
text) I get an error messages that the last task starts before the start date
of the project, which is not true. When I ignore this error and continue the
imported file shows another Finish date for the project than the original
file.
What can I do about this problem?
