Exporting contacts

I would like to transfer all of my contacts stored in my desktop Outlook
2002 folder to the same folder in my Dell laptop.
When I click on 'export' though I get a whole bunch of different file
types. Which one should I use ?
Thanks,

Mike

Don't use the export function. Just copy your pst file (with outlook
closed). Do NOT overwite the pst file on the laptop. Paste the file to a
different location, open it in Outlook (File-Open-Outlook Data File) and
drag your contacts from the old to the new.

There are two 'pst' files : outlook.pst and outlook'my username'.pst, much
smaller ( about 50Kb ). Which one shall I use ??
Thanks.
