facilitate data insertion

when we insert data in excel, data previously inserted in a column is
automatically filled in. this helps avoid writing the same data over and over
again.

could i activate the same function in access? it would be very useful!

is ctrl-' useful to you

it enters into current control value controls datasource in previous record
