Fact Editor in Visio 2003 Pro

I have installed Visio Professional 2003 SP2 (11.5509.6568) and the product
is active.
I want to create an ORM diagram, but an unable to find the verbalizer or
Fact Editor.
Can someone point me to the right direction.

Those features are only available in the Visual Studio Enterprise Architect
product.

What is the Enterprise version of Visio 11, change you point me to a web
page displaying the product.
I dont want to downgrade to Visio10 EA version.

I have not found a web page listing the product yet, but Visual Studio 2005
Enterprise Architect (released yesterday) has Visio 11 with ORM and UML
features.
