fax form field

Is there a way to make a fax template that has a form field that can use tabs
inside the frame, rather than to navigate to other frames or fill-in boxes?
I want to be able to add a text form field that has a little more
versatility, so that users can edit it more like a word document.

Any discussion would be helpful

Not sure what you want. If they use the F11 key to move around, they will go
to the next field on the FAX form. Otherwise, you could create an online
form, but that is actually much more restrictive in editing capabilities.
