I recently deleted the fax program on Office 2003. When i try to
re-install, they ask for my CD rom office 2003. Afterwards it keeps asking
for the following file (i386) from the CD. I keep getting no such file, and
I have been unable to get it from my hard drive. I have tried re-install and
repair but to no avail. please advise

Office does not contain any FAX utilities. It sounds as if you had MS Fax
installed from your Windows OS disk. This is the disk that the system is
asking for when you try to reinstall it. As you have learned, the
information necessary to install MS Fax is *NOT* on the Office CD.
