feature that allows outlook to automatically save email addresses from senders

I have used Outlook in the past with a feature that grabs
any new emails addresses from senders and saves it in my
address book and or Contacts. I believe it also was
capable of automatically saving and adding to my contacts
any new emails addresses I entered when composing to a
new email address.

I have had my hard drive replaced and can't seem to find
that feature any more. Does any one now what I am talking
about?

No current versions of Outlook have that feature. Only the long abandoned
IMO mode of Outlook 2000 did. Ylu can create code to do something similar if
you wish:
