We have completed a presentation and now all at once we cannot access all
featuares of the tool bar. If I go to a new user on my computer it will work
for a few minutes. I tried uninstalling the program and reinstalling but
that did not work.

I have power point 2003. I cannot insert new slide, slide layout, etc.
