Feedback Form

I added a feedback form in front page 2002. I can not
find where I set my email address. Once submitted the
form goes nowhere. Please help!

Right-click on the form, choose Form Properties then options.

Make sure your submit button is iside the form suround,
the dashed or dotted line which represents the area
contained within the <Form> </Form> tags.
