Field Name printing

Hi,

I am trying to print my contacts in "card style" but I don't want the
"Field Names" to print. Can this be done? Can I rename them to
something shorter so that it all fits in the small box for each
contact?

Thank you.

You can neither rename field names nor suppress their printing. For more control over the printout, consider using the Tools | Mail Merge command to merge the data to a Word document.

Huh? You can do an incredible amount with a Word mail merge. I'd suggest you at least give it a try.

Sue,

Dont get me wrong, thats not what I meant. I know the power of mail
merge but I like excel better when I am dealing with colums and rows
(card style). Card style printing was perfect for what I wanted except
the field names make it not such a great option.

Thanks for your input.

Card style <> rows and columns. Table style = rows and columns.

If you want a card style printout without field names, mail merge will do that.
