File and folder deletion

In the process of deleting documents from "My documents" folder, I've sent
them to the recycle bin and emptied the bin several times. The documents all
return to my folder so now there are multiple copies and I can't get rid of
them. I've also tried to delete the entire folder but that doesn't work
either. Help!!!!

Try this --
Click on the file, hold down the shift key, and press the delete key.
