I have an end user using Outlook 2002 on Windows XP, with
Exchange server 5.5.
The user has attatched a number of word documents to a
draft email. The user later found an attachment anomaly.
If the user opens a word attachment, the correct filename
opens in word, but the word document with its heading, is
a different document. E.g user opens word document
attachment abc.doc, and ends up opening document xyz.doc.
I have seen this for myself. Has anybody else had this
problem. I have already checked Technet.
