XP Pro SP2 computer is slow when using File | Open to access a file, but only
when connected to the LAN. "Offline files" is being used. Also, Insert File
in Outlook is slow - only the explorer-like window takes a long time (30
seconds or so) not the opening of the file itself. When network cable is
disconnected, explorer window appears almost instantaneous. Thanks for the
help.
