File Problems

I can create and save a word document in My Documents. When I try to retrive it using Word, I get a message "File ...... Not Available". Then, when trying to exit the Word program, I get another message which says "Changes have been made to the global template. Do you want to save these changes?" I'm at a loss. Please help!

Hi, davehampton. If you are running Norton Antivirus, try disabling the Office Plugin that comes with it. This option is usually in something like Start | Programs | Norton | Options | Miscellaneous.
