Filter function is NOT working in Project 2002 Professional

For some reason that is completely confusing me, the filtering function is
not working in Project 2002. For the longest time I thought I was doing
something wrong (even though its a very simple function). I finally went to
my home computer and used the filter function on Project 2000 and it worked
fine. Is there ANYTHING that anyone can think of that might be causeing
this? A checkbox, setting, etc.? I would just reinstall Project, but it was
installed by our Computer guys in another state and I probably wouldn't get
the computer back for weeks. I have some stuff due for the project ASAP so
any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED.

I use filter in Project 2002 all the time. Works fine.

What are you trying to do, how are you trying to do it, and what is the
symptom of failure. And, did you think of cutting to the chase and
simply use Project 2000 to do task and avoid the problem?

Thank you sooo much. That was the problem. It was highlighting in a color
that I was using in many other parts of the project plan, so it never stood
out.
