Filter/Remove Filter

Bill

I am using Access 2003 in Win XP SP2 Home

I filter data using 1 field as criteria for the filter - I get the resulting
records
I filter again using another field as criteria - I get the resulting
records

When I press the ''remove filter'' button it removes both filters and I am
back to the original table.

I would like to ''unfilter'' step by step and not go right back to the
original table.

Is this possible?

Am I making myself clear here? :)

TIA

Use the "Filter by Form" feature and edit your criteria there... experiment
with it and you'll see what I mean.

Your problem is the assumption that you have several filters. You
don't; a Form has just one Filter property, which may be turned on or
turned off.
