I have a worksheet with many thousands of records. One of the fields has
approximately 300 unique values that each are repeated hundreds or even
thousand of times in the field. I am attempting to have Excel produce a list
of each value on another worksheet.
Any insights will be appreciated.

You can use an Advanced Filter to extract the data to another sheet.
Start on the destination sheet and follow the instruction in Excel's
