Filtered for: Using Resources

Backdated tasks don't show up. Is there a setting I need to change to make
them shown?

Thanks for the clarification. I think the wrapping of the text in my reply
to you may have added some confusion. There is a filter called "Using
Resource in Date Range" that I was referring to. But it doesn't sound as if
you are using that filter anyway.

When you say there are "back dated" tasks can you explain more? Is it
possible that the filter you are using a custom filter with additional
criteria defined -- such as task less than 100% complete.

To check: go to Project > Filtered for > More filters. Select the filter
you are applying and see if the Edit button is available. If it is (you can
click on it) view the filter definition and see if there are additional
criteria set. By default the "Using Resource" filter only filters tasks for
a specific resource name, no other criteria are set.

I assume you are trying to filter the Gantt chart? Are you certain you are
using the Using Resource... filter and not the Using Resource in Date Range
filter?
