Find Contacts Question

I'm using Outlook 2003 in an enterprise situation. We're still using Exchange 2003. I'm not seeing my contacts list when I click on contact list, or the to button. It's showing me my enterprise global listing. I don't see a spot to choose my contact list. In previous versions, I could always see both the global listing and my contact list. I could even go into Tools Services and then from there get to addressing and tell it which order I wanted the lists.

Help!
