"Find" insertions and deletions?

Word in Office 2003

I'm tracking changes. How can I "find" my insertions and deletions using
the find tool (instead of scrolling through the whole document?

Many thanks!

If you have the Reviewing toolbar displayed, you can use the Next and
Previous buttons on the toolbar to find your changes.

In Word2000 (and maybe earlier versions?) you were able to use Ctrl+N in
"Edit > Find > Find what" to find "New" text only, and use the shortcut
twice to match only "Not new" text.
It was pretty useful if you wanted to find a certain text, but only if it
was added with Track Changes on, or only if it wasn't.

This (undocumented) feature was removed in Word2002.

Regards,
Klaus
