finding macros / toolbars

Unfortunately I need to have my machine rebuilt but would like to save to disc/cd my many macros and customised toolbars BUT I don't know where they are ..... Any help please?

Most of what you need to save is in one or more template (.dot) files, but
some of it is elsewhere. See
