"Newsletter" should not be a single task. A task should be an
observable activity. In your case, "newsletter" is the deliverable that
is created thru the completion of many, many individual tasks such as
"Write lead article" "Layout Front Page" "Select photos" etc etc etc.
Tasks often are named beginning with an action verb as a help focussing
on the fact that they are a single discrete actions performed by an
individual resource.
