First time usage problem

Hi,

We recently over the last 3 months started to have this weird issue with MS
Office 2000 SP2 on Windows 2000 SP4 stations.

Each time a user logs on a computer for the first time and start up office
for the first time, MS Office ask for the installation CD because it's
looking for some kind of files.

We did not have this problem before and when we install Office we always do
it with every components to be installed on the hard-drive. The only things
we do not install are the Outlook and MS Access 2000 if not needed by the
user.

I'm completely out of ideas here, anyone here knows some stuff I could try
or have a answer to this problem?

Thank you
