Fit to pages printing in Project 2007

I am printing my gantt chart and use the option in page setup to "Fit to 2
pages x 2 pages." This reduces my printout to about 96% of the original
size.

The problem is that it cuts off half of the text above the bar and half of
the bar on the printouts. I ahve tried it on two different printers, with
the same problem. It also shows up bad on the print preview. I did not have
this problem with Project 2003. Has anyone else noticed this? Is there a
work around?

I checked into this further and it appears that the text is not scaling like
the rest of the gantt chart. this is causing the bottom half of the text to
get cut off. It also shows this problem on the print preview.

I have only seen this on Project 2007 and not on any of the prior versions.

Hi jjilk,

I have no solution for you :( Project's scaling for printing has always
been one of it's weak spots. Scaling seems to be worst when in the vertical
plane so maybe you'll have to settle for printing more rows than you really
want. Or, perhaps, don't put text above or below the bars.
