fixing position on page of excel spreadsheet once pasted to word d

Boss Lady

Hi
I am looking for information on how to fix the position of an excel
spreadsheet on the page in a word document once it has been pasted in. I
need to update the word document with figures as it is being used as a
template. When doing this update, it opens in Excel format and then displays
in Word for a more professional presentation, however, I have difficulty
keeping the spreadsheet in its required position on the Word page after the
spreadsheet has been updated. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

try inserting the excel
linked table inside a
word table cell that is
in the appropriate size
and location on the
document.
