flip wprds mirror words

hi help pleeeeeeeeeease
im trying to transfer some words on to print (t.shirt)
but i cant seem to flip words or into mirror form so that
they print out in the correct way

can u help a donut

Word doesn't offer a built-in way to do this, but many printer drivers do.
Look in your printer Properties (from Start | Settings | Printers) to see if
there is a "Mirror image" or "Flip horizontal" setting.
