Folder Can't be open

I am trying to change a user's Calendar settings in Outlook 2003 and I keep
getting this error message:
'This folder cannot be opened because there is a configuration problem on
the server. Contact your Microsoft Exchange Server administrator for
assistance.'
I am trying to have her Calendar automatically process meeting requirements.
We have Exchange 2003, Office 2003 and Windows XP. I have rebooted the
server and her machine.
