Folder/file permissions reset all without right clicking each?

Some swine changed all the file permisisons on my folders, I have been able
to reset so now I can change the folder permissions to "Allow" is there a
quick way I can do it for the entire contents on the folder, sub-folders and
files without right clicking on each?
