Folder List Sorting

For some reason my folder listing view now shows my
Personal folders and public folders appearing ABOVE
my "Outlook Today Folder" listing. It used to be BELOW,
and was much more convenient to expand for storing email.
Does anyone know how to resort the folders? I want to have
my "Outlook Today Folder" and sub folders (Inbox, Contact
List, Deleted Items, etc.)
