Folder Lists

[Bothered and Bewildered]

Hi - I often find myself wanting to print or copy a list of my folders for
one reason or another (such as including some of the information on backup CD
covers). Can anyone tell me how to copy the list of folders so that I can eg
paste it into Word and edit the list?
