Folder redirection with group policy

I use group policy in a Windows 2003 domain to redirect a user's My Documents
folders to a network share. For some reason, the policy does not work with
Publisher 2003. It does work on all the other Office programs (Word, Excel,
Access, PowerPoint). Any idea how to resolve this issue?
