folders in windows explorer

whenenver i open my docs folder and then click through to certain folders and
try to open them the crash and close the windows explorer. i recently had
these folders encrypted and compressed , but took that off in iorder to make
my computer work faster. any ideas?

Sounds like the encryption software didn't remove correctly.
