Folders not visable when Entourage opens

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

I have a new mailbox, logging in with the correct user name and password, and Entourage opens but only shows the Inbox, no other folders like Calendar, Drafts, etc. When I open the mailbox in OWA, or in Outlook, I can see the folders. Anyone else have this problem or simular situation?
